Summary
Forum was a Milwaukee gay bar at the northwest corner of 12th and Vine Streets, recalled by contributors as a crowded and lively spot. Locals often referred to it simply as "12th and Vine" so that outsiders would not recognize what they meant. It appeared in national gay guides in 1963, 1964, and 1965. Norman J. Komassa was listed as the bar's owner in a mid-1960s city directory.
Later guides referenced the location as "Pirate's Den, formerly The Forum," leaving it unclear whether the change reflected only a new name or also new ownership.
