Ralph F. Navarro

Ralph Navarro was an outspoken activist in Milwaukee gay life of the 1970s through the late 1990s. He was active in Gay People's Union, the Cream City Business Association (CCBA), a founding member of Cream City Association Foundation (CCAF, later renamed Cream City Foundation), Lambda Rights Network, and Black and White Men Together, among other organizations.
