Biography

Charles Betz, known to everyone as 'Chuckie', was born in 1951 and had an exciting and event filled life. He visited many of the most well-known gay bars in Milwaukee of the 1970s, and was one of the founding members of all the notable Gay Rights organizations in Milwaukee of the 1970s.
