Factory "3"

Milwaukee

Summary

Broadway. Set in a downtown warehouse building with 6,000 square feet of space and high ceilings, it was designed as a large dance and show venue echoing Cicirello's original Factory bar. Despite early interest from patrons who recalled the first Factory, the bar struggled against competition from the La Cage dance club, downtown parking difficulties, and high operating costs. It closed after the building's owners sought to relocate another tenant into the main-floor space.
